Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Updated 30 October 2026

This policy applies to consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. It covers the Get That Booty app, made by Verma Technologies Limited.

The consumer health data we collect

  • Body areas you tell us to work around, such as knees, lower back or hips.
  • Whether you're pregnant, or had a baby in the last year, and your answers to the related safety questions.
  • Tapping "Hurts, not hard" during a session, and pausing because you feel unwell. Without your consent, these stay on your phone for 14 days, then are deleted. We never see them.
  • Body measurements, if you choose to save them.
  • Your training: sessions, sets, reps and how a session felt.

Why we collect and use it

  • To build your plan, and change moves so they suit your body.
  • To show safety advice, such as pregnancy warning signs.
  • To set your next number and show your progress.
  • To keep the app working and secure.

Your training is needed to run the app you asked for. Everything else on this list is optional, and we only collect it with your consent. We never sell any of it, and never use it for advertising.

Where it comes from

From you, when you answer questions in the app or log your training. The Apple Watch app can save workouts to Apple Health if you allow it. We don't read or receive any Apple Health data.

Who we share it with

We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS), who host our server and database in London, UK.
  • Google Workspace, our email and support inbox, if you write to us about your health.
  • PostHog, in the EU, gets counts of sessions done and +1s, only if your "Help improve the app" switch is on. Never your health details.

We don't share consumer health data with any affiliates or other third parties. We'd only share it otherwise if the law required it. Ask us, and we'll give you each provider's contact details.

Your rights, and how to use them

You have the right to:

  • know whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it;
  • get a list of everyone we've shared it with;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • have it deleted, including from our backups (within 35 days) and from our service providers.

In the app, go to You, then Things to work around, to change or delete it. Download your data in You, then Privacy. Or email privacy@getthatbooty.uk. We reply within 45 days.

If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject. We'll decide within 45 days. If you're still unhappy, you can contact your state's Attorney General.

Our main privacy policy covers everything else.
