Delete your Get That Booty account

Updated 30 October 2026

First, cancel your membership

Deleting your account doesn't stop your membership. Apple bills it, so cancel it first: iPhone or iPad Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Get That Booty.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Get That Booty.
  2. Tap You, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, we also end that link with Apple.

Delete without the app

Already deleted the app? Email privacy@getthatbooty.uk with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address you used with Get That Booty. We'll confirm it's you, then delete everything below within 30 days.

Never gave us an email? Reinstall the app on the same iPhone. It reconnects to your data, so you can delete it in You, then Account. Or tap You, then Talk to a person, and we'll delete it for you.

What we delete

  • Your account, name, email and sign-in links.
  • Your answers, plan, training history and +1s.
  • Any health information you gave us.
  • Any body measurements you saved.
  • Your app usage counts and their ID, at PostHog.

It's gone from our systems straight away, and from our backups within 35 days. Progress photos were only ever on your phone, so we never had them.

What we keep, and why

  • The record of what you agreed to when you joined (the prices and terms we showed you), for 3 years. Some laws require it.
  • Emails you sent to support, for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them too.
  • Your purchase history stays with Apple. Our membership record at RevenueCat is deleted with your account.

Crash reports and email logs expire on their own within 90 days.
