Terms of use

Updated 30 October 2026

The short version

  • Yearly is $89.99 a year, after 7 days free. Monthly is $14.99 a month, with no free week. Prices are in US dollars; your App Store shows your local price.
  • Your membership renews until you cancel. Cancel in iPhone or iPad Settings at least 24 hours before it renews.
  • Apple takes payment and decides refunds.
  • The app is fitness guidance, not medical advice. Check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, had a baby or have an injury.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Verma Technologies Limited ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 16558606, at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. They cover the Get That Booty app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

Apple's standard licence for App Store apps also applies. These terms add to it. Our privacy policy explains how we use your data.

By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The app checks your age when you start.

Your membership

The app needs a membership. You can preview your plan without one. There are two plans, both bought through your Apple Account.

PlanPrice (US)TrialRenews
Yearly$89.99 a yearYes, once per Apple AccountEvery year
Monthly$14.99 a monthNoEvery month
  • Local prices. In the UK, it's £89.99 a year or £14.99 a month, VAT included. Elsewhere, the App Store shows your price, including any tax, before you confirm.
  • Your free week. Yearly starts with 7 days free, then $89.99 a year. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before your free week ends, Apple charges you in the 24 hours before it ends. You get one free week per Apple Account.
  • Renewals. Your membership renews automatically, at the same length and the then-current price, until you cancel. Apple charges your account when each new period starts.
  • Reminders. If you allow notifications or give us an email, we remind you two days before your last day to cancel. Yearly members hear from us 30 and 7 days before each renewal. Monthly members get a heads-up 3 days before each renewal.
  • Switching plans. If you move from monthly to yearly, the change starts at your next renewal, without a trial.
  • Price changes. If the price goes up, Apple tells you first. Where the law or Apple requires it, you'll need to agree before you pay more.
  • What you get. All 12 programmes and every feature in the app while your membership is active. You can switch programme or build your own plan.
  • Who sells it. In the UK, the EU and some other countries, Apple Distribution International Ltd sells your membership. Elsewhere, including the US, we sell it, and Apple handles payment as our agent. The app shows which applies before you join.

The words you see before you join. The app shows these next to the button, word for word. They're part of these terms. Words in italics are filled in for your plan, country and dates.

  • Yearly: "7 days free, then $89.99 a year." "Renews yearly. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings."
  • Yearly, full terms: "Get That Booty yearly: $89.99 a year after a 7-day free trial. It renews each year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until then. In the UK and EU, Apple Distribution International Ltd sells it. Made by Verma Technologies Limited."
  • Full terms, top line, in the UK, the EU and other countries where Apple Distribution International sells: "Sold by Apple Distribution International Ltd, Cork. Made by Verma Technologies Limited."
  • Full terms, top line, in the US and other countries where Apple is our agent: "Made and sold by Verma Technologies Limited. Apple handles payment as our agent."
  • Yearly, if your Apple Account has had its free week: "$89.99 today, then every year." "This Apple Account has had its trial."
  • Monthly: "$14.99 today, then every month." "Renews monthly. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings."
  • UK: "After you pay, you can still cancel by date."
  • EU: "Until date · You can withdraw via Apple"
  • On iPad, "iPhone Settings" reads "iPad Settings".

Cancelling and refunds

  • Cancel any time: iPhone or iPad Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Or in the app: You, then Membership, then Change or cancel.
  • After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, or the end of your free week. Then it stops.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple. In the app, go to You, then Membership, then Request a refund. Or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides.
  • UK and EU: you can withdraw within 14 days, through Apple. The app shows your last day before you join. Apple's terms explain how.
  • Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel your membership. Cancel it in iPhone or iPad Settings first.

Your health and safety

Get That Booty gives general fitness guidance. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, physio or midwife. It isn't a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Results differ for everyone, and we don't promise any result.

  • Check with your doctor before you start, especially if you're pregnant, had a baby in the last year, have an injury, or have a health condition.
  • Stop if something hurts, not just feels hard. Get medical help if you feel unwell.
  • Use kit that's safe and stable, and train in a space with room to move.

Read our full Health and safety page before you start.

Your account

You can use the app without signing in. If you do sign in, keep your Apple, Google, Facebook or email sign-in secure. You can delete your account any time in the app: You, then Account, then Delete account. See Delete your account.

Using the app fairly

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's rules. Please don't:

  • copy, sell or share the app's workouts, photos or other content;
  • try to get round the membership, or take the app apart;
  • use bots, scrapers or scripts on the app or this website;
  • use the app to break the law or to harm anyone.

Our content

We own or license everything in the app, including the programmes, words, photos and the Get That Booty name and logo.

The photos of people in the app and on this website are made with AI. They show fictional women, not real members. They demonstrate moves. They are not a promise of how you'll look.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the app without paying you.

Changes

We improve the app over time, so features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel, and we'll refund the unused part of your year.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms in a serious way. If we ever close the app, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and make sure you're refunded for time you've paid for but can't use.

Our responsibility to you

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.
  • If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
  • The app is for personal use. We're not responsible for business losses.
  • We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one happens, we'll tell you and do what we can to limit the effect.
  • If faulty content from us damages your device, and we didn't take reasonable care, we'll repair the damage or pay you fair compensation.
  • You have legal rights as a consumer. These terms don't affect them.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, or for support or maintenance. Apple isn't responsible for any claims about the app, including product, legal, consumer-law or intellectual property claims. Those are ours to deal with. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms as a third party. If the app doesn't work as described, you can tell Apple and Apple may refund what you paid. Apple has no other warranty duty. When you use the app, you also agree to follow any third-party terms that apply, like your mobile network's. You confirm you aren't in a country under a US embargo, and aren't on a US list of restricted parties.

Law and disputes

The law of England and Wales applies. Wherever you live, you keep the protections your local consumer law gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows. We don't use arbitration, and nothing here stops you joining a group claim. Please talk to us first. Most things are quick to sort out.

California: if we can't resolve a complaint, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or call (800) 952-5210.
